Terms of Use

BodyCalc provides informational health and wellness calculators, including calculations related to:

• Body Mass Index (BMI)
• Basal Metabolic Rate (BMR)
• Total Daily Energy Expenditure (TDEE)
• Waist-to-height ratio
• Estimated body fat percentage
• Lean body mass
• Fat-Free Mass Index (FFMI)
• Estimated weight ranges and related body metrics

Calculations are based on the information entered by the user and commonly used formulas and assumptions.

BodyCalc is intended solely for general informational, educational, and wellness purposes.

The app does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, treatment, nutritional prescriptions, or personalized healthcare recommendations. Results generated by the app are estimates and may not accurately reflect your individual health status, body composition, nutritional needs, or medical circumstances.

Do not use BodyCalc as a substitute for advice from a qualified healthcare professional. Always consult an appropriate healthcare professional before making decisions related to your health, diet, fitness, medication, or medical treatment.

If you believe you may be experiencing a medical emergency, contact your local emergency services immediately.

You are responsible for ensuring that the information you enter into BodyCalc is accurate.

Results may vary depending on:

• The accuracy of the information entered
• The formula or calculation method used
• Individual differences not accounted for by general formulas
• Common assumptions used in health and wellness calculations

We do not guarantee that calculations will be complete, accurate, suitable, or appropriate for every individual.

All calculators and calculation results available in BodyCalc are provided without requiring a paid feature unlock.

The free version of the app may display third-party banner and interstitial advertisements. Advertisements are delivered through Unity LevelPlay, including Unity Ads and ironSource Ads, and may be subject to the terms and policies of the relevant advertising provider.

We do not control every advertisement displayed by third-party advertising services and do not endorse the products, services, or claims contained in those advertisements.

BodyCalc offers an optional one-time, non-consumable in-app purchase called Remove Ads Forever.

This purchase:

• Permanently removes eligible banner and interstitial advertisements from BodyCalc
• Does not unlock calculators, results, medical content, or additional health features
• Is not a subscription
• Does not involve recurring charges

The price displayed in the app is provided by the Apple App Store and may vary by country, region, currency, or applicable taxes.

Users who previously purchased the legacy BMR Unlock non-consumable product may also be granted ad-free access without needing to purchase Remove Ads Forever separately.

All in-app purchases are processed through Apple’s In-App Purchase system.

Beyza Erik does not directly receive or store your full payment card or bank account information. Purchases are also managed with the assistance of RevenueCat for purchase validation, entitlement status, and restoration functionality.

Your purchase is subject to Apple’s applicable terms, billing rules, and App Store policies.

You may use the Restore Purchases option in the app to restore eligible previous purchases.

Restoration generally requires you to use the same Apple Account that was used for the original purchase. We cannot guarantee restoration when Apple cannot verify the original transaction or when a different Apple Account is used.

Beyza Erik does not directly process payments or issue App Store refunds.

All payment disputes, cancellations, and refund requests are handled by Apple in accordance with Apple’s App Store policies. Submitting a refund request does not guarantee that Apple will approve it.

Your use of BodyCalc is also governed by our Privacy Policy.

Health-related inputs such as height, weight, age, waist measurements, and calculation results are not intentionally provided to advertising services for ad targeting.

Third-party services used by the app may process limited technical, advertising, purchase, diagnostic, or device-related information as described in the Privacy Policy and in their own policies.

You agree not to:

• Use the app for unlawful, fraudulent, or abusive purposes
• Attempt to interfere with the operation or security of the app
• Reverse-engineer, modify, copy, or redistribute the app except where permitted by law
• Use automated systems to disrupt or place an unreasonable burden on the app or its services
• Misrepresent calculation results as professional medical advice or diagnosis

We may modify, update, suspend, remove, or discontinue any part of BodyCalc at any time.

We do not guarantee that the app, advertisements, purchase services, or third-party services will always be available, uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.

Updates may be required to continue using certain functionality.

BodyCalc may use or provide access to third-party services, including Apple, RevenueCat, Unity (Unity LevelPlay), informational sources, and external websites.

Third-party services are governed by their own terms and privacy policies. Beyza Erik is not responsible for the availability, security, content, accuracy, or practices of third-party services.

BodyCalc is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law.

We make no warranties, express or implied, regarding:

• The accuracy or suitability of calculation results
• The app’s availability or uninterrupted operation
• The fitness of the app for a particular purpose
• The reliability of third-party services or advertisements
• Any health, dietary, fitness, or medical outcome

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Beyza Erik will not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or other damages arising from:

• Your use of or inability to use BodyCalc
• Decisions made based on calculation results
• Inaccurate information entered by the user
• Reliance on estimates or informational content
• Third-party advertisements, services, links, or purchases
• Loss of data, access, revenue, or opportunity

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded under applicable law.

We may update these Terms of Use from time to time.

When changes are made, the updated version will be published on this page with a revised effective date. Continued use of BodyCalc after the updated terms become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
